Terms of service
These terms govern purchases from nemelle.com ("Nemelle", "we"). Contact: through the form on our Contact page, or by post at Nemelle, 2025 Riverside Drive, Ste 35502, Upper Arlington, OH 43221, USA.
Products. Nemelle sells cosmetic skincare kits: a topical peptide serum in sealed single-dose vials and single-use cosmetic applicator heads. They are cosmetics, not medical devices or drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the enclosed directions before use; patch-test first; stop if your skin objects. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on skin that is broken, sunburnt or inflamed, or if you have a history of keloid scarring, without consulting a clinician. Heads are single-use; never reuse or share them.
Orders and prices. Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, resale, or an address we cannot serve; you will be refunded in full. Sales tax is collected where the law requires.
Reservations. A launch reservation is a pre-order of the kit you choose. You pay a $10 deposit at checkout and agree that the remaining balance shown at checkout will be charged automatically to the same payment method on November 10, 2026. We email you at least seven days before that charge. You may cancel at any time before the balance is charged for a full refund of the deposit, from the link in that email or through our Contact page. After the balance is charged, the thirty-day guarantee applies from delivery. Kits ship by November 30, 2026. If we cannot meet that date, we will tell you promptly, give you a new date, and offer a full refund instead.
Subscriptions. Subscribe & Save is optional and off by default. If you choose it, you agree to recurring charges at the interval shown, after an emailed reminder at least seven days before each charge; you can skip, pause or cancel at any time from the link in that email or through our Contact page.
Refunds. See the Refund & guarantee policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without prejudice to consumer rights under the laws of your state of residence.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
