From our facility to your door. Free and fast shipping in the U.S. We ship within the United States only, for now. Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days; typical delivery is 2 to 5 business days after that, and you get a tracking email the moment it ships. Kits travel in a plain sealed mailer with no product names on the outside, and no prices on the packing slip if you mark the order as a gift. On arrival, keep the kit in its box at room temperature and out of direct sun; vials stay sealed until the night you use them. Launch reservations ship in the order they were placed once our first run reaches our fulfillment center; we email you the day your kit ships.
