Nemelle is an independent skincare brand with fulfillment in the United States. We collect the information needed to sell and ship to you: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone if you give it, order history, and payment details processed by Shopify Payments (we never see full card numbers). Our website uses cookies and the Meta pixel to measure advertising and to remember your cart; you can opt out of targeted advertising through the "Your Privacy Choices" link and your browser settings. We email you about your order and, if you opt in, about Nemelle; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We share data only with the services that run the store: Shopify (platform and payments), our US fulfillment partner (name and address to ship), our email provider, and Meta (advertising measurement and ad matching: when you place an order or sign up - you can opt out through the "Your Privacy Choices" link or in your Facebook ad settings). We don't sell personal data. We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer law require. If you report a reaction to a product, we record the report, including the lot number, to meet cosmetic safety reporting obligations.
