Refund policy

Use Nemelle for thirty days from the day your kit is delivered. Wasn't what you expected? Contact us through the form on our Contact page with your order number, and we refund what you paid. 

Used heads are used needles: never mail them back. Bin them in a rigid, closed container at home. Unopened kits may be kept or discarded; we don't need them returned.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation. One refund per customer. US orders only. The thirty days start on the delivery date shown in your tracking.

Launch reservations: the $10 deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before the balance is charged on November 10, 2026. After that, the thirty-day guarantee above applies from delivery.
