Cancellation policy

Pre-orders (launch reservations)
A Sunrise Glow pre-order is a purchase option with a split payment: $10 is charged at checkout and the remaining balance shown at checkout is charged automatically to the same payment method on November 10, 2026. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the balance is charged, for a full refund of the $10, by using the form on our Contact page or by replying to your confirmation email with the word "refund". We email you about a week before the balance is charged. Once the balance has been charged, the pre-order becomes a regular order: it ships by November 30, 2026, and our thirty-day guarantee applies from the day it is delivered. If we cannot ship by that date, we will tell you promptly, give you a new date, and offer a full refund of everything you have paid.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save, where offered)
Subscriptions are optional and off by default. If you choose one, you can skip, pause or cancel at any time before the next charge from the link in your reminder email or through our Contact page; we email you at least seven days before each charge. Cancelling stops all future charges; orders already charged ship as normal and are covered by the thirty-day guarantee.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
